ESG offers athletic consulting (essentially player development coaching & advising services) for the athlete and their family determined to pursue junior, college, and professional opportunities. What does this entail? Our services include the following:
- preparation of a professional player profile document - complete with all of the relevant information and details scouts require.
- collection and preparation of email/contact for coaching/managerial staffs for contact by player.
- player feedback regarding performance after limited viewing schedule.
- examination and introduction to training programs, specific to target areas for the player.
- weekly discussions relative to performance and a key support figure regarding performance.
- dissemination of information and opportunities available to the player.
- provide insight into recruiting process.
- ensuring that all proper educational requirements are met and paperwork in order.
- examination of options available to the player and exploration of each.
Current clients include NCAA, Junior, Midget AAA, and Prep School athletes. Our service is provided to help develop the athlete and prepare them for the challenging and often confusing times by providing a resource for development, questions and or concerns. The largest portion of this is player evaluation and feedback.
Should the athlete successfully navigate the waters and be looking for player representation - we would have the ability to support them in this avenue equally.
