consulting (essentially player development & mentoring
services) for the athlete and their family determined to pursue junior,
college, and professional opportunities.
ESG is an independent and unbiased resource to help athletes and their families through the hockey experience. Helping to provide individual, focused, specific support to the athlete and their family - including mentorship notes & evaluation.
The goal has always been to provide personalized service to the family, ensuring that they have a voice of trust and reason during the process. We don’t do the work or make decisions for the athlete, rather ensure that they have all of the information required to know in what needs to be done, how they should do so, when they should do it, and why it is being done.
